ABOUT SURFING
We head to Muizenberg for one of Cape Town’s most consistent waves. The water is warmer then Camps Bay, and the waves dont get too big. So it’s the perfect place to earn your stripes. This 90 minute surf session includes a coaching lesson on the basics of how to catch your first wave. All boards, wetsuits and rentals are included. No prior experience is required but you must be able to swim.
ABOUT SUP'ING
Work on your core and firm up those arms as you paddle around the canals of Battery Park, at the V&A Waterfront. The water is calm, and the area is sheltered from the wind, which helps you you are trying to keep your balance! The SUP session is 60 mins, and includes a brief lesson, as well as all rentals ie boards and paddles. No prior experience is required but you must be able to swim.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
A Surf/SUP Adventure, followed by a Chilled Experience of your choice.
The quoted prices for this private tour include:
– Hotel pick up and drop-off
– A chartered vehicle and driver (with free WiFi) to transport you to the destinations of your choice

Surfing duration: 90 mins
SUP’ing duration: 60 mins
What to wear: Comfortable swim wear, shoes or flip-flops. It can get cold on the water, so a warm top may come in handy.
What to bring: A change of clothes, a towel, comfortable shoes, a warm top, hat, sun block, water, snacks.
Restrictions: You will need to be fully mobile. Max weight limit of 120kg imposed by operator.
